Graston Technique

What is Graston Technique?

Graston Technique is a method used by health professionals to break down scar tissue.

This non-invasive and non-surgical method, allows our team to gently identify areas where scar tissue has built up, and use a gentle massage method to break up the tissues.

What Are the Overall Outcomes of Graston?

Graston Technique is used with two goals in mind: to reduce inflammation and increase recovery potential.

More specific functions of Graston include:

  • Breaking down fascia (muscle and nerves) restrictions that are associated with soft tissue damage.
  • Stretching connective tissues that are currently restricting your range of motion and a joint’s ability to move at full capacity.
